  • When will my order arrive?

    • Orders are processed within 24 hours after they’re placed on weekdays, and shipped via DHL (delivery by USPS) or FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your package. Upgraded, expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional charge.

  • I have delicate skin. Is Renew Silver Gel okay for me to use?

    • Ameo Life Extra Strength Silver Gel contains no alcohol or toxins and is gentle enough to use on all skin types. If, however, you experience a reaction, consult your doctor.

  • I notice that there are times when the silver gel can discolor on the rim of the pump. Why?

    • The rim of the pump may discolor if there is gel remaining on it after usage. This discoloring is a natural oxidation and will not affect the product.

  • Will I turn blue if I use too much Renew Silver Gel?

    • Argyria is a very rare skin condition caused by consuming large amounts of improperly prepared silver solutions. Ameo Life silver particles are very tiny and bonded to the water molecule so they cannot fall out of solution or accumulate in skin cells.

  • What is the difference between the aloe gel and extra-strength Renew?

    • The extra-strength gel contains 35 ppm of silver. Aloe gel contains 30 ppm of silver plus aloe vera.
